When using Mutts on the Moor you are agreeing to:

• Any dog walkers/ sitters/ trainers who wish to use the field. Please contact us before booking.
• No dogs will be left unattended in the field at any time.
• Your dogs are healthy and are up to date with vaccinations and worming.
• If any dog in your booking is sick. You will need to cancel your booking and give 48 hours before you can use the field.
• You are responsible for picking up your own dogs poo. A poo bin is provided. Failure to pick up your own dog poo will result in a ban.
• Please take your own rubbish with you as the bin provided is only for dog poo
• You agree to use the field at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety as well as your dogs.
• Agreeing to the field you also take full responsibility for any damage to property
• No refunds will be given to any cancellation within 24 hours or less (unless in exceptional circumstances )
• No dogs are to be let off lead in the waiting area.
• Please make sure you leave on time (even if you are late you have to leave on time) and arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your booking. (If arriving in a car please stay in your car until the car has left the field.) If you have walked please be mindful and stay as far back into the waiting area so as not to disturb the customers in the field.
• You will be changed your full booking if you don’t turn up or leave early
• No smoking in the field or in the waiting area

XL Bully’s

We are happy to say we can accept XL Bully’s using Mutts on the Moor.

If you have an XL Bully and would like to use Mutts please read the following straightforward rules before booking.

• Your XL bully has to be registered exempt and we will need to see a copy of this exemption certificate before your booked time slot.
• You must have public liability insurance which we will also need to see before your booked time slot.
• There can be no social meets in the field.
• If you are a multi-dog household then there needs to be one person for the XL bully and one person from that household for the other dog(s).
• If you have more than one XL bully then 1 handler is responsible for only 1 XL bully and no other dogs so you will require additional handlers
• The XL bully has to be neutered and microchipped in line with government rules
• The dog has to be muzzled and on lead until the field gate is padlocked and the handler and dog are secure inside the field. (This includes if the dog has travelled in the car they have to stay muzzled until the car has driven into the field and the gate is padlocked behind)
• The lane gate that is normally open will have to be also shut as double security
• Once the lane gate is shut and the dog is padlocked into the field the muzzle and lead can be removed. But will have to be put back on the dog before leaving.
• ⁠If booking with an XL bully for the 1st time please book at least 2 days in advance so we have enough time to get your paperwork
